Last updated: January 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers, students, and visitors participating in activities at the pottery studio, including but not limited to classes, workshops, open studio sessions, firing services, and retail purchases.

1. General

  • By booking a class, using the studio, or purchasing from the studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • The studio reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • The studio may refuse service to anyone who does not comply with studio rules or behaves in an unsafe or disruptive manner.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All classes, workshops, and memberships must be paid for in full prior to attendance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Student Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled class or course start date may be eligible for a refund minus an administration fee (which can vary depending on the price of the course, but can be up to 20% of the original fee) or for studio credit, which can be used for a later date.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled class, late cancellations, or failure to attend (no-shows) are non-refundable.

Missed Classes

  • Missed classes cannot be made up and are not eligible for refunds or credits, regardless of reason.

Studio Cancellations

  • The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrolment, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, a reschedule or refund will be offered.

  • For multi-week courses, if a session needs to be rescheduled, alternative options will be provided, and once multi-week courses have started, they are not eligible for a refund.

  • Where possible, classes may be rescheduled

  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or disruptions related to COVID-19 or other public health matters; studio credit or rescheduling may be offered at the studio’s discretion.
